Asked by clinic owners.
Can an aesthetics clinic advertise Botox?
No. Botox is a prescription-only medicine, so CAP Code rule 12.12 stops it being advertised to the public, directly or indirectly. You can advertise a consultation for wrinkles.
Can a clinic advertise dermal fillers?
Yes. Non-prescription injectables can be promoted, with evidence for any results you claim. Cosmetic ads must not be directed at under-18s.
Can a clinic post before and after photos?
Not for prescription treatments, where they count as visual claims and break the rules, even with no wording. For other treatments, hold signed, dated proof and don't exaggerate the result.
What does aesthetics marketing cost?
Ads run from £500 a month, or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher. SEO is from £299 a month, websites from £2,500 and reviews from £99 a month. You pay Google and Meta directly.
Do you guarantee new clients?
No. Rankings and patient numbers depend on things nobody controls. We promise the work, and a dashboard that shows you what it did.
